Suryodaya Laghubitta to sell around 28k unit shares ; auction to commence from 13th Jestha

Suryodaya Laghubitta has published a notice regarding the auction of unsold right shares.

As per the notice, the auction is to commence on 13th Jestha and end on 20th Jestha, 2075. The company will sell 19,682 unit ordinary shares and 8,400 unit promoter shares. 

Global IME Capital will be managing the auction.

Interested bidders can bid for minimum 100 units at a price Rs 100 or more. Only existing promoers can apply for promoter shares. Payment procedure should be as prescribed in the forms. The forms can be submitted in Global IME Capital, Nachghar, Kathmandu. Or in branches of Global IME Bank in Banepa, Hetauda, Pokhara, Butwal, Birgunj, Biratnagar, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadi. Forms can also submitted in Head ofice of Suryodaya Laghubitta in Syangja.

Suryodaya Laghubitta had floated 70% right shares from Falgun 24th to Chaitra 28th, 2074. The unclaimed right at that time are now being auctioned.
