Kalika Microcredit gets a licence for National level Microfinance
Kalika Microcredit has been provided with a licence for National level Microfinance. The licence was granted yesterday by the Central Bank.
The company can now operate from all 77 districts of the nation. KMCDB is currently operating from its branches in 15 districts namely : Syangja, Parbat, Palpa, Nawalparasi, Kaski, Rupandehi, Tanahun, Makwanpur, Gorkha, Dhading, Doti, Surkhet, Salyan, Rolpa and Baglung.
After being a National Level Microfinance, the company needs to have a paid-up capital of Rs 10 crores. The company currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 10 crores. It had earned a Net profit of Rs 1.92 crores as of 3rd quarter of this fy.
