Last day to apply for NMB Bank FPO ; Promoters, Directors can apply till 32nd Ashad

Today is the last day to apply for FPO of NMB Bank at Rs 333. 

The issue commenced from 3rd Ashad, 2075 and has been issuing 1,14,15,163 unit shares. The issue though is ending to today, has around 27% issue yet to be subscribed. Anyone willing to opt for FPO, can apply online using "meroshare" or by filling C-asba form .

With the notice published today, the company has informed that if the shares are undersubscribed by today, then the promoters, directors and their family members can apply. The stated people can apply from tomorrow till 32nd Ashad, 2075.
