Last day to grab 10.192% bonus share of Goodwill Finance
Today is the last day to grab 10.192% bonus share of Goodwill finance.
The finance company has called its AGM on 22nd December. The shareholders book will remain close from 11th December to 22nd December. Only the shareholders holding the shares at the time of bookclose will be entitled for the dividend.
The BoD meeting held on 15th November 2017 had proposed such bonus share and cash dividend for tax purpose.
The company was last traded for Rs 180. .
