NIC ASIA appoints Roshan Neupane as Acting CEO; Approves Risal's resignation

As per the Notice published in Nepse, 345th BoD meeting of the NIC ASIA Bank held on 2nd Chaitra, 2074 has approved Laxman Risal's resignation.

The meeting has also appointed Mr. Roshan Neupane as an acting CEO of the company till the time next CEO gets appointed. Roshan Neupane had been working as the deputy CEO of NIC ASIA Bank.
