NMB Bank commences operation of new branch in Tilathi VDC of Saptari ; Branch count reaches 110

NMB Bank has commenced operation of its 110^th branch in Tilathi VDC of Saptari in compliance following the Central Bank's mandate to open branches in local units which lack banking services. The Bank’s network strength now comprises of 110 branches, 4 extension counters and 96 ATMs.

 “NMB’s footprints now covers a large geographical expanse of the country ranging from the Terai to the hilly and mountainous regions, wherein it is further strengthened by the network strength of its subsidiary - NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanshta which has 75 branches in operation covering 38 districts.

"We are positive that the new branches shall contribute in the financial inclusion of the people in the areas that were hitherto deprived of banking services and help in uplifting their lives" said a statement issued by the Bank.
