NMB Bank FPO allotment concludes ; Result to published in NepseKhabar shortly

The FPO allotment program has successfully been concluded in NMB Bank premises today. 

As per the information received from the company, the FPO of NMB Bank was subscribed by 100.55%. A total of 69,646 applicants had applied for the shares, out of which 69,626 applications were valid. 10 applicants had submitted double applications and are rejected. 

As per the allotment module, applicants applying upto 1,15,150 units are alloted fully. Only 2 applicants have applied for more than the stated number of units. One among those applicant had applied for 2.10 lakh units whereas the other had applied for 2,25,200 units. Thus, they are allotted with 1,85,726 and 1,85,727 units resp.
