Venue : Prabhu Bank, Head Office, Babarmahal, Baneshwor. 

Agendas :

• To amend the MOA and AOA. 
• To issue Debentures and Bonds. 
• Appointment of Directors.
• Discussion over the consolidated financial statement of the company.
• Add ASBA service in the MOA 
• Give the Directors an authority for any decision regarding mergers an acquisitions.
