Sebon approves IPO of Union Hydropower for project affected people

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the 7.5 lakh units IPO of Union Hydropower for local people, yesterday. 

The company can now issue the stated units of shares to the locals at a face value of Rs 100.The approved amount is 10% of the entire capital of the company. Union will be issuing shares worth Rs 7.5 crores. 

Laxmi Capital has already been appointed as the issue manager for the issue. 

Union Hydropower Private Limited, is one of the Hydropower developer organization and was established in 2013. It is currently developing the 3 MW Midim Khola (Karapu) Hydropower Project located in Karputar VDC, Lamjung district, Gandaki Zone in Western Development Region, Nepal.
