Support Micro finance announces date for 3rd AGM; Bookclose on 16th Chaitra

Support Microfinance has announced the date for the 3rd AGM. The AGM will be held on 29th Chaitra, 2074. 

The shareholders book will remain closed from 16th Chaitra, 2074. Only the shareholders buying the share before book close and having their names in the shareholders book, will be eligible to attend the meeting. 

 The Company has a paid up capital of Rs 6 crore and it has Rs 16.73 lakh in the reserve.

Its annualized EPS is Rs 2.24 and net worth per share is Rs 102.79
