19th AGM of Nirdhan Utthan on poush 29; to approve 66.67% bonus & 14.04% cash dividend

Nirdhab Utthan bank ltd(NUBL)  has informed its 19^th AGM going to be held on 2074-09-29. For the purpose of this AGM, register of shareholders will remain close from  2074-09-14 till 2074-09-30. Shareholders owing shares one day ahead of book closure which is poush 13 will only be elligible for dividend.

AGM venue is at Celebration Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.

Main agenda to be OK:

• To change ratio of promoter and public shares into 51:49.
• To pass 66.67% bonus and 14.04% cash dividend from AGM.
• To increase authorized capital from 100 crore to 200 crore.

Curently, NUBL's paid-up capital is Rs 60 crore, which will hike to Rs 1 arba after 66.67% bonus share.

It had earned Rs 58.34 crore in the FY 2073/74.
