24th AGM of Premier insurance Today; To validate 13.52% bonus share

The 24 ^th AGM of Premier Insurance is going to be held today i.e Chaitra 26, 2074 at Naxal Banquet, Kathmandu from 10:00 AM.

The company had announced book close for this purpose from Chaitra 8, 2074 to Chaitra 26, 2074. Shareholders owning shares before the book close will be legit to attend the AGM.

The main agendas are:

• Consent from shareholders for the distribution of 13.52% bonus shares from the net profit of F/Y 2073/74.
• To issue the financial report of the FY 2073/74 along with the auditor’s report and financial highlights of the same year
• Appointment of Auditor.
