25% bonus shares of NLG insurance announced.

NLG insurance has declared 25% bonus share, yet need to OK in upcoming AGM.

The board meeting of the insurance company held on Poush 3, 2074 has announced to distribute 25% bonus shares and 1.315% cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74.

The existing paid up capital of NLG is 51.23 crore, and after dividend it will reach 64.06 crore.  AS directed by the Insurance Board of Nepal (Beema Samiti) non-life insurance companies should have a minimum paid up capital of Rs 1 arba by the end of FY 2074/75. NLG has to surge its capital by Rs 35.94 crore in comming days.
