250% right shares of Naya Nepal Laghubitta to commence from 27th Shrawan ; Know the paid-up capital after right ?

250% Right issue of Naya Nepal Laghubitta is to commence from Shrawan 27th, 2075. The eligible shareholders can apply for the shares upto Bhadra 31st. Shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclose are eligible for the right share. The shareholders book closed on 7^th Shrawan 2075. 

SEBON granted an approval for the stated purpose on Ashad 27^th . 

NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the right issue. Icra Nepal had assigned grade 5 rating for the right issue.

Naya Nepal Laghubitta will issue 6 lakh unit of right shares at a face value of Rs 100. The company currently has a paid-up capital of Rs  2.4 crore. The capital will reach 8.4 crores after the right issue.

Naya Nepal  was last traded at Rs 1880 in the stock exchange.
