6.59 lakh unit FPO shares of Premier Insurance listed in Nepse ; LTP 781

Nepal Stock Exchange has listed 6,59,565 unit FPO shares in the stock exchange. The shares will now be transferred to the respective demat account of the shareholders and be eligible for trading. 

Premier Insurance had floated the stated number of ordinary shares at Rs 799. The offer started on 16th Poush and ended on 19th Poush, 2074. NMB Capital had managed the issue. The shares were allotted on 18th Magh. 

The FPO shareholders are also eligible for 13.52% bonus share declared by the company

PIC was last traded for Rs 781 in the stock exchange.
