70% right issue of Suryodaya Laghubitta commencing from today !!!

Suryodaya Laghubitta is issuing 70% right shares from today (Falgun 24th). The issue will end on Chaitra 28th, 2074. 

Suryodaya Laghubitta is issuing 2.7 lakh units right shares at a face value of Rs 100. Eligible shareholders can apply for the right in the stated proportion. Shareholders book closed on 26th Magh. Shareholders owning the share at the time of bookclose are eligible to participate in the right issue. 

Global IME Capital is managing the issue. Eligible shareholders can apply from Global IME Capital, Nachghar. or any BFI providing C-asba facility. 

SLBS earned a net profit of Rs 1.01 crores as of 2nd quarter 74/75. SLBS has a paid-up capital of Rs 4.76 crores. The company has already announced a bonus share of 19%. The company's capital will reach 7.56 crores after the capitalization of bonus and ongoing right issue.
