API announces its book closure for AGM; to ratify 8% bonus shares

API power company has annouced its book closure for the purpose of its 14^th  AGM  from poush 21 to poush 30.

The company has decided to ratify 8% bonus sahres to its shareholders. Thus, shareholders holding shares before the day of book closure i.e poush 20, 2074 will be eligible for 8% bonus shares.

AGM date: 30 poush, 2074

Time: 1:00 PM

Venue: Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu

Main Agenda:

• Financial heighlights for the year 2073/74.
• To ratify 8% bonus and 200% right shares.
• To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

Book closure for 200% right shares will be announce in coming days.

The company has earned net profit of Rs 1.65 crore in first quarter of FY 2074/75.
