Bhargav Bikas Bank announces 5.55% bonus shares for shareholders ; Paid up Capital to reach Rs 50.16 crores

The 178th Board meeting of the company held on 7th Shrawan has proposed 5.55% bonus shares along with tax, for the shareholders. 

The announced dividend is out of the profit from fy 2073/74. The shareholders as well as the right shareholders are eligible for the dividend. The company is distribute bonus shares worth Rs 2.64 crores. However, the decision is subject to approval from central bank and company's AGM. 

Bhargav Bikas Bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 47.52 crores. The capitalization of bonus shares will hike the company's capital to Rs 50.16 crores, thus meeting the paid-up capital requirement. 

Bhbl was last traded for Rs 125 in the stock exchange.
