Butwal Power Company announces 20% cash dividend ; Book close on 27th Baisakh

The Board meeting of Butwal Power Company held on 25th Chaitra has proposed 20% cash dividend for its shareholders. The new shareholders of FPO are also eligible for the dividend. The decision is however subject to approval from upcoming AGM. 

The company's 25th AGM will be held on 8th of Jestha, 2075 at Karki Banquet at 10 am. Whereas the shareholders book will remain close from 27th Baisakh, 2075. The announced dividend is out of the profit from the fy 2073/74.
