CDSC creates a history !!! Aarambha Microfinance IPO allotment concludes within 2 days of closing

With allotment being concluded in just 2 days, CDSC has created a history. Where IPOs took months to get allotted previously, the process has now completed just within a couple of days. "Primary market has now entered a new phase" says an expert.

Aarambha microfinance floated its IPO worth Rs 2.94 crores among the general public from 15 ^th Falgun,2074 to 21st Falgun 2074.  

Setting aside 3% and 5% shares for its employees and existing mutual fund respectively, the company floated 2,70,480 units to the public. Interested investors could apply a minimum of 50 units and maximum of 1000 units.
