Citizen Investment Trust announces book closure date for 22 AGM ; to sanction 22% bonus shares

Citizen Investment Trust has decided to call an Annual General Meeting on 7th Baisakh, 2075. The shareholders book will remain close from 22nd Chaitra for the purpose of AGM. 

The meeting will be held at 2 pm in Nepal Academy, Kamaladi, Kathmandu .

The meeting will sanction 22% bonus share along with cash dividend for tax purpose. The proposed dividend is out of the profit earned in fy 2073/74 . 

CIT was last traded for Rs 2770 in the local bourse.
