Citizen Investment Trust proposes 22.06% bonus shares for shareholders !!!

The BoD meeting of the company held on 7th Jestha, 2075 has proposed 22.06% bonus shares and 1.16% cash dividend for the tax purpose. The dividend is out of the profit from fy 2073/74. 

The company will distribute bonus shares worth Rs  Rs 19.92 crores along with cash for tax purpose. The decision is however subject to approval from company's Annual General Meeting. 

 CIT was last traded for Rs 2670 in the stock exchange.
