Deva Bikas Bank demonstrates fine example of irresponsibility ; Finally calls AGM after 8 months of book close
Deva Bikas Bank has published a notice regarding the company's 11th AGM. The meeting will be held on Ashad 27th, 2075 in Nepa Banquet, Khusibu, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The company has set a book close date of 15th Ashad for the purpose of AGM. The shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclose will be eligible to participate in the AGM. However, one needs to remember that the company had already closed the books for dividend. Thus, buying the shares now will not make shareholders eligible for dividend.
The AGM will endorse 17.10% bonus shares. Only the shareholders holding shares till Kartik 22, 2074 will be eligible to receive the bonus shares as well as cash dividend.
Deva Bikas Bank was last traded for Rs 131 in the stock exchange.
