Forward Community Microfinance AGM to be held on chaitra 4; Book closure on Falgun 17 for 50% bonus share and 15% cash dividend

Forward Community Microfinance has announced the date for its 5th Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held in the following time and place. 

Date: Sunday, 4th  Chaitra 2074(18th March 2018) 

Time: 11 am 

Venue: Duhabi, Sunsari

Major Agenda:

• Financial Highlights for the FY 2074/75
• To ratify 50% bonus share and 15% cash dividend.
• To increase authorized, issued and paid up capital of the company.
• Amendment in AOA and MOA of the company. 

The shareholders' book will remain closed from Falgun17 to Chaitra 4, 2074. Shareholders having the shares at the time of book closure will be eligible to participate in the AGM and grab the dividends. 

Forward Microfinance currently has a paid-up capital of 20 crore. The paid-up will hike to Rs 30 crore after the right issue. The company had earned a net profit of Rs. 14.54 crore as of 2nd  quarter 2074/75, with an above average EPS of Rs 72.72. The company has a networth of Rs 451.45. 

The company was last traded at Rs 3301.
