Gandaki Bikas Bank calls AGM on 25th Jestha; Book close for 19.31% bonus & AGM on Jestha 8th

It's 10 moths of completion of fiscal year and the Board of Gandaki Bikas Bank has finally called its 10th AGM. 

Date  : 25th Jestha, 2075

Time  : 8:30 AM 

Venue: Hotel Pohara Grand, Pokhara 

Agenda :

• Santion 19.31% bonus shares. 
• Amendment in MOA and AOA. 
• Provide BoD with necessary responsibility for any further mergers and acquisitions. 

The shareholders book will remain closed from 8th Jestha till the date of AGM. So, anyone wanting to grab the bonus and attend the agm will need to buy the share before the shareholder's book closes. Gandaki bikas bank had recently floated right . It capital will meet the NRB's directive regarding paid-up capital after the capitalization of bonus shares.
