Hamro Bikas Bank announces 7.30% bonus share. LTP at Rs 162

The board meeting of the Hamro Bikas Bank held on Magh 22, 2074 has announced to distribute 7.30 % bonus shares and  Rs 17.58 lakh cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74.The bonus will be distributed upon approval from the central bank and the upcoming AGM. 

The existing paid-up capital of Hamro is  45.87crore, and after dividend, it will reach 49.22 crore.

The company has earned the net profit of 2.22 crore in  2nd quarter of FY 2074/75. EPS stood at Rs 9.15.
