Himalayan Bank AGM to be held on Poush 28; Book closure on Poush 11th for 25% stock dividend

Himalayan Bank limited has announced the date for 25th Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held in the following time and place. 

Date: Friday, Poush 28th (12th January, 2018) 

Time: 11 am 

Venue: Karki Banquet, Maitighar, Kathmandu

Major Agenda:

• Financial Highlights for the FY 2073/74
• To ratify 25% stock dividend and cash for tax purpose. 
• Appontent of Auditor
• Amendment in AOA and MOA of the company. 

The share holders book will remain closed from 11th poush (26th December). Shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclosure will be eligible to participate in the AGM and grab the dividends. 

Himalayan Bank currently has a paid-up capital of 6.49 arba. The paid-up will hike to Rs 8.11 arba the proposed dividend. The company had earned a net profit of Rs. 41 crore as of 1st quarter 2073/74, with an above average EPS of Rs 25.27. The company has a networth of Rs 187.60.
