Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank 11th AGM today ; 12% dividend to be endorsed

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) is conducting its eleventh AGM on Ashadh 32, 2075 i.e. today. The gathering will be held in the premises of Indreni Food Land, Kathmandu at 9:00 AM.

For the purpose of AGM the shareholders book remained closed from Ashadh 18, 2075 till Ashadh 32, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding shares of the company till Ashadh 17 are eligible to participate in the today’s AGM.

The main agendas of the meeting are :

• Sanction 5.50% bonus share worth Rs 13.04 crore and 6.50% cash dividend.
• To make amendments in the Memorandum and Article of Association.
• Appointment of 3 directors from ordinary shareholders and 3 directors from promoter shareholders.
• Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2073/74
• Providing authority to the Board of Directors regarding any kinds of amendments to be made regarding merger and to conduct DDA.
