Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank calls AGM on Ashad 32nd ; Book close for 12% dividend on 18th Ashad

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has published a notice specifying the book close date for the upcoming AGM. The shareholders book will remain closed from 18th Ashad, 2075 for the purpose of AGM. Shareholders having shares at the time of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM and grab dividend. 

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank had proposed 12% dividend that included 5.50% bonus shares and 6.50% cash dividend, which will be endorsed from AGM. The meeting will also appoint 3 direct from promoters and 3 from public.  

The meeting will be held in Indreni Food Land, Kathmandu at 9:00 AM on 32nd Ashad.
