Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank proposes 12% dividend for shareholders ; Paid up Capital to reach 2.50 arba
The 249th Board meeting of the company held on 30th jestha, 2075 has proposed 12% dividend out of the profit from fy 2073/74. The dividend includes 5.50% bonus shares and 6.50% cash dividend. The dividend is however subject to approval from central bank and company's AGM.
The company will distribute bonus shares worth Rs 13.04 crores and cash worth Rs 15.41 crores.
The bank currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.37 arba. The capital will hike to Rs 2.50 arba after the capitalization of bonus shares. Being a national level development bank, the bank needed to have a paid-up capital of 2.50 arba.
