Kamana Sewa extends the deadline for 15% right share; Issue to end on 5th Chaitra

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has extended the deadline for 15% right isse. Applicants can apply for the shares upto 5th Chaitra, 2074. 

Kamana Sewa has been issuing 30.94 lakh unit shares in the ratio 10:1.5 at a face value of Rs 100. Shareholders owning the shares at the time of bookclose are eligible to apply for the right. The shareholders book closed on Magh 3rd, 2074. 

NMB Capital has been managing the issue. Applicants can apply right from NMB Capital and stated branches of NMB Bank and Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank. Applicants can also apply for their right using C-asba.

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank is a national level development bank formed after the merger of Kamana Bikas Bank and Sewa Bikas Bank. Thus, the bank needs to meet the paid requirment of 2.50 arba . The right issue will raise the company's capital to Rs 2.36 arba.
