Lalitpur Finance announces book close for its AGM; Book close from jestha 21

Lalitpur Finance has decided to conduct its 20th and 21st AGM on 3^rd Ashard . The meeting will be at 11 am in  Nepal Prasasanik Prasichhan Pratisthan, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur . The shareholder's book will remain closed from 21 Jestha to 3rd Ashard, 2075 for the stated purpose. 

Agendas :

• Issuance of 1:1 right shares.
• Issuing an audited financial report of the fiscal years 2072/73 and 2073/74
• Appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75 and appointment of new directors.
• Amendment in the name of the company and required amendment to be made in MOA.

The company has recorded a massive decline  in the net profit by 41.59%. EPS stands at Rs 30.64 and the net worth per share at Rs 61.70
