Last day to apply for 160% right shares of Prime Life Insurance ; Checkout the eligibility

Today is the last day to apply for 160% right issue of Prime Life Insurance. 

Prime life Insurance is issuing 97,63,200 unit shares at a ratio 1:1.6 from 27th Falgun. Company had set a book close date of Falgun 17th, 2074 for right issue. Shareholders owning the shares at the time of book close are eligible to participate in the right issue.

Eligible shareholders can apply from Siddhartha Capital (Naxal, Kathmandu), and stated branches of Siddhartha Bank and Prime Life Insurance throughout the nation. The shareholders can also apply online using "Mero Share". 

Prime Life Insurance being a Life Insurance company, needs to expand its capital to Rs 2 arba by the mid july, 2018. Currently the company has a paid up capital of 61.02 crores. The capitalization of right and 12.5% bonus will expand the capital to 1.78 arba .
