Last day to apply for 30% right shares of Womi Microfinance ; Check your Eligibility here

Today is the last day to apply for 30% right issue of Womi Microfinance. The issue commenced from 16th Jestha, 2075.

Womi is issuing 2,33,280 unit shares at a face value of Rs 100 to the eligible shareholders. Shareholders buying the shares before the bookclose and having their names on the books are eligible for right share. The Shareholders book closed on 4th Jestha, 2075.

Eligible shareholders can apply for the right from Siddhartha Capital, Naxal or any branches of Womi Microfinance. The shareholders can also apply online using "meroshare" or by visiting any C-asba member bank.  

Womi microfinance will have a paid-up capital of Rs 10.10 crores after the right issue.
