Today is the last day to apply for 5% right share of Manjushree Finance. 

Manjushree finance has been floating 5% right share from Chaitra 8th. 

Eligible shareholders can apply for the right in the stated proportion. Shareholders book closed on 9th Falgun. Shareholders owning the share at the time of bookclose are eligible to participate in the right issue. Manjushree Finance is issuing 3.62 lakh units at a face value of Rs 100.

Manjushree finance has earned a net profit of Rs 4.14 crores as of 2nd quarter 74/75. The finance company has a paid-up capital of Rs 72.43 crores. The company has already announced a bonus share of 6%. Manjushree Finance will meet the capital requirement of 80 crores after the upcoming bonus and right issue.
