Last day to clinch 30.8% bonus shares of Mirmire Microfinance ; LTP Rs 3216

129th BoD meeting of Mirmire Microfinance had decided to conduct shareholders AGM on 25th Jestha. For this purpose the company had scheduled the book closure on 2nd Jestha, 2075 (Tomorrow). So the shareholders buying the share today will be eligible to participate in the AGM and grab the dividend.  

MMFDB had recently floated 50% right share. Now after issuance of 30.80% bonus share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 5.424 crore. It had also endorsed 100% right shares on its paid up capital before bonus i.e. Rs 4.50 crore. After issuance of this 100% right share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 10.38 crore.
