Last day to clutch 10.75% of Mega Bank limited.

Today i.e 14th Ashard is the last day to secure 10.75% of Megha Bank limited.

The 221st Board meeting of Mega Bank held on 29th Jestha, 2075 has decided to conduct the 7th AGM on 29th Ashad, 2075.

As per the notice published, the shareholder's book remains closed on 15th Ashad, 2075. Thus, the shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclose will be eligible for the dividend and also attend the meeting. Mega bank has already announced a bonus share of 10.75% to its shareholders. Tourism bank shareholders are also eligible for this dividend.
