Last day to Clutch 25% right share of Synergy Finance

Today i.e Jestha 29, 2075  is the last day to secure 25% right share. 

Synergy Finance Limited has announced a book close date on Jestha 30,2075. The shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclose will be eligible for the 25% right issue. However, the shares are not traded in the stock market as the company is under the process of acquision. 

Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue. 

Synergy Finance paid-up capital will hike to Rs 59.30 crores after the right issue. The process of  acquisition of Synergy Finance is on the process by the Best Finance Company,
