Last day to clutch 40% right share of Surya life Insurance.

The last day to secure 40% right share of Surya Life Insurance company limited(SLICL) is today i.e April 17, 2018. Shareholders owning the share before the book close will be eligible for right issue.

The company has appointed NIC Asia as the issue manager for this purpose.

Current paid-up capital of SLICL 72.18 crore which will hike to 1.01 arba after adjustment of  40% right share.
