Last day to grab 13.52% bonus share of Premier Insurance; FPO allotees bound to grab it

Today is the last day to grab 13.52% bonus share of Premier Insurance Company.

The BOD meeting of the company decided to close the shareholder's book from 8th Chaiyra, 2074 for the purpose of upcoming AGM. The company's  24th AGM is scheduled to be on held on 26th Chaitra, 2074. Shareholders having the shares at the time of book-closure will be eligible for the right shares. 

Recently, Premier Insurance had issued 6.59 lakh units FPO at Rs 799 per unit. NMB capital was appointed as an issue manager for this purpose. Those allottees of FPO are also eligible for bonus shares. The FPO shares are still not listed , thus allottees are bound to grab the proposed bonus share. 

The company current paid-up capital is 44.8 crore which will increase to 51.44 crore after listing of FPO. Providing 13.52% bonus shares paid-up capital will hike to more than 58 crore.

The last traded price of Premier insurance co. Ltd (PIC) is Rs  978.
