Last day to grasp 10% bonus share of Everest Insurance

Today is the last day to grasp 10% bonus shares of Everest Insurance Company Limited.

The company has set book close date for 10% bonus share for Chaitra 26, 2074. The 23^rd AGM will be conduction on Baishak 10,2075 to be held at Agrawal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 2:00 PM.

The AGM will amend previously declared 600% right shares in order to maintain 51% promoter share as per the directives issued by the insurance board and endorse 10% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2073/74 amounting Rs 1.215 crore and the cash dividend of Rs 6.39 lakh (for tax purpose)

The company has current paid-up capital of Rs 12.15 crore which will increase to Rs 13.365 crore after 10% bonus share. To reach the remaining capital company will issue more right shares in coming days.
