Last day to grasp 46% Right share of Prabhu Insurance.

Prabhu InsuranceCompany Ltd had decided to close the book for its 46% right share. For this purpose, the company had scheduled the book closure on 14th Jestha, 2075 (Tomorrow). So the shareholders buying the share today will be eligible for right.  

Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager.

The company capital will hike to 1 arba after capitalization of 46%  right shares.
