Lumbini Bikas bank to auction unclaimed promoter shares to public; LTP at Rs 158

Lumbini Bikas Bank has published a notice regarding the sale of 379336.44units unclaimed promoter shares to the general public through an auction. The auction starts from Jestha 25, 2075 and closes on 8th Ashard, 2075. 

Vibor Capital will be managing the auction.

Interested bidders can bid for minimum 100 units at a price Rs 100 or more. Payment procedure should be as prescribed in the forms. The forms can be submitted to Vibor capital, Trade tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu. 

 The bidders have to deposit their entire bid amount in A/C no.03100120004102000002 in the name of Vibor capital or through Good for Payment Cheque.
