Manjushree Finance Limited announces 6% bonus share ; 5% right on SEBON pipeline

The BOD meeting held on Poush 28, 2074 has proposed  6% bonus share to its shareholders. The company will distribute a bonus share worth Rs 4.34 crores out of the profit generated in the year 2073/74. The decision is subject to approval from central bank and company's upcoming AGM. 

Manjushree Finance Ltd( MFIL) currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 72.43 crore. The company's  5% right shares worth Rs 3.62 crore is in SEBON pipeline for approval. The paid-up capital will hike to Rs 80.40 crore after the capitalization of bonus and right shares.
