Manjushree Finance proclaims 10th AGM on 20th Ashad ; Bookclose for 6% dividend on 4th Ashad

The 154th Board meeting of the company held on 25th Jestha has decided to conduct the company's 10th AGM on following date :

Date   : 20th Ashad, 2075 (4th July, 2018)

Time   : 10 am 

Venue : Thapagaun Banquet , Thapagaun, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu 

The board meeting has also decided to close the shareholders book on 4th Ashad, 2075. Only the shareholders having their names in the book will be eligible to participate in the AGM and grab the dividend.

Main Agenda :

• Endorse 5.71% stock dividend and cash for tax purpose. 
• Discussion over the financial statement.
• Election of BoD.
• Amendment in MOA and AOA.  
• Appointment of Auditor. 
• To give Board members an authority to work for appropriate merger or acquisition.
