Mega Bank calls for 7th AGM on 29th Ashad ; Bookclose for 10.75% dividend on 15th Ashad

The 221st Board meeting of Mega Bank held on 29th Jestha, 2075 has decided to conduct the 7th AGM on 29th Ashad, 2075.

As per the notice published, the shareholders book remain closed on 15th Ashad, 2075. Thus, the shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclose will be eligible for the dividend and also attent the meeting. Mega bank has already announced a bonus share of 10.75% ti ots shareholders. Tourism bank shareholders are also eligible for this dividend. 

Mega Bank was last traded for Rs 177 in the stock exchange.
