Nagbeli Laghubitta all set to float 100% right from 4th Shrawan !!!

Nagbeli Laghubitta has published a notice regarding the floatation of cent percent right shares from Shrawan 4th. The issue is scheduled to close on 7th Bhadra, 2075. 

Nagbeli will issue 7,66,463.15 unit shares at a face value of Rs 100. The shareholders having the shares at the time of book close will be eligible for the right. Nagbeli had closed the shareholders books on 21st Ashad, 2075.

Nagbeli has already appointed NMB Capital as the issue manager for the issue, Whereas ICRA Nepal has assigned Grade 4 rating to the right issuance of Nagbeli. 

Currently, the paid up capital of the company stands at Rs 7.66 crore which will reach to Rs 15.32 crore after the adjustment of its 100% right share issuance.
