National Life Insurance to issue 10:6 right share; to commence from Shrawan 1

National Life Insurance is issuing 99,36,477 unit shares at a ratio 10:6 from Shrawan 1, 2075. The eligible shareholders can apply up to 4th of Chaitra. Company had set a book close date of Ashard 22, 2075 for right issue. Shareholders owning the shares at the time of book close are eligible to participate in the right issue.
