Naya Nepal Laghubitta announces 7th Shrawan as book-close for 250% right

Naya Nepal Laghubitta has announced book close date for massive 250% right issue. 

The shareholders book is set to be closed on 7th Shrawan, 2075. Thus the shareholders having the shares at the time of bookclose will be eligible for the gigantic right offer. As endorsed by the company's 9th AGM, Naya Nepal will issue 600,000 unit shares worth Rs 6 crores. 

Naya Nepal currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.4 crores. The issuanace of gigantic right shares will shoot the company's capital to Rs 8.40 crore. 

Naya Nepal Laghubitta was last traded for Rs 2107 in the stock exchange.
