Nirdhan Utthan Bank Auction : 3.57 lakh units Promoter shares to be sold above Rs 523

Grameen Trust Bangladesh is auctioning 3,57,083.12 units promoter shares of Nirdhan Uthan Bank from 16th Baisakh to 20th Baisakh, 2075. The interested bidders can bid at a price not below Rs 523. 

The applicants can submit their bid at NIBL ACE Capital or its stated branches along with some branches of Nepal Investment Bank. The bidders can bid a minimum of 100 units. The existing promoter shareholders will be allotted with the shares first, in case the share remains, ordinary person , company will be allotted.
